Fold out greetings card showing a card theatre made by renowned English photographer Edwin Smith, who loved toy theatres. He made the theatre depicted in 1943, during the war, from scraps of paper and card. The greetings card shows three scenes on the tiny stage. The scenery would have revolved, a single torch bulb lighting up the scene and revealing each location in turn as they came into view.
Greetings card, folded in three, blank inside for your own message, and supplied with a high quality envelope by Baddeley Brothers.
Please note, this is not a theatre kit!
