Pollocks Toy Museum Returns Policy
We hope you’re delighted with your purchase, but if you change your mind or something isn’t quite right, here’s how returns work.
1. Changed your mind?
If you’re not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it. This is your legal right to cancel under UK law. Return it to us (at your expense) and providing it arrives back safely, and in the exact condition it was sent, you’ll receive a full refund, including the original standard delivery charge.
To return an item:
- Email us at info.pollockstoymuseum@gmail.com to let us know it’s on the way.
- Include the original returns form or a note with your name, order number, and reason for return.
- Send the product back unused and in its original condition and packaging. You’ll need to cover the return postage, unless the item is faulty.
2. Faulty or incorrect items
If your item is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, we’ll refund you in full, including return postage. Please contact us at info.pollockstoymuseum@gmail.com as soon as possible and before sending the item back, so that we can arrange the best way to resolve the issue.
We may inspect the item on return before confirming your refund.
3. How and when refunds are made
Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 14 days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
4. Statutory rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
